View Hope Lutheran Church’s calendar below. You may click on individual events on the calendar and details will pop up if they are available. Click here to view the calendar in a full-screen window. Note:
- Events in BLUE are events, activities, and information related to the ministry of Hope Lutheran Church.
- Events in RED are times when our building is in use for other reasons: community organizations, private events, or building setup for events. This will help you to know when the building is available for use.
- You can use the icons and tabs at the top of the calendar to scroll through different months or change the view of the calendar.
All requests for usage of the building must submitted to Karine Samer, church secretary, in writing or via email. Please use the following forms to aid your request (links will open a file). Detailed instructions regarding building usage can be found at the bottom of this web page.
Building Request Guidelines:
- We require groups to contact our church secretary, Karine Samer, in writing or via email (hopesecretary {at} sbcglobal(.)net) prior to an event. The group will receive a copy of the event scheduling as confirmation.
- In case of a change to your event you must contact Karine in writing or via email of the changes or cancellations prior to the event.
- If you have a recurring event you must contact Karine prior to any change even if the change is a one time only change. You will also receive confirmation of these changes.
- You will be able to view scheduled events on the website calendar (www.hopelutheran.net/calendar).
- Request forms for the building are available for download on the website (www.hopelutheran.net) and at the church. You may use the form as a request or as a guide for the information necessary in requesting use of the building in an email.
- All building requests or changes must be submitted at least seven days ahead of time whenever possible.
