Newsletter Submissions

All newsletter submissions for the following month are due on the 18th of each month. Submissions should be emailed to Karine Same, Newsletter Editor, as either a Microsoft Publisher (preferred) or Microsoft Word (acceptable) attachment. Karine’s email is hopesecretary {at} sbcglobal(.)net.

Newsletter Delivery

The normal method of newsletter delivery is to place printed newsletters in members’ mailboxes in the narthex of the church at the beginning of every month. We also offer two alternative delivery methods:

  1. Electronic delivery. Every month the PDF file of the newsletter is posted to our website. By doing this, we save a significant amount of money on printing and postage costs. We send out an email every month to notify when a new edition has been posted. Click here to sign up for electronic delivery.
  2. Postal delivery. If you are unable to pick up a paper copy at Hope Lutheran church or to download the newsletter regularly, we will be happy to mail you  a paper copy. Use the form below to request postal delivery.
